STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS

We have done refined finite element molding with ANSYS to stick models with SAP and ETABS. Most of commercial buildings just require linear modeling with static loads but there are projects that would be designed more efficiently using more complex models and applying dynamic loads. Realistic modeling of a structure requires many hours of computational works which requires advanced mechanical understanding of structural behavior and shortfall of analytical software.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND DETAILING

We are licensed in NY, NJ, PA, CT and NE to design various buildings to IBC and state accepted codes. No design can be built without fine detailing which is one of my passions.

SUSTAINABLE ENGIEERING

Structural share of a project could be up to 70% of cost, therefore it has sizable impact on project budget and adverse impact on environment. We design the structural elements to be as lean as it could be safe to save money for the clients and reduce carbon footprint of the project.
